About this policy
KeyWorker connects people with agents and organizations that request real-world work. This policy describes the information used by the KeyWorker app and its KeyWork and KeyKeeper services. Paid jobs and identity document review are closed during the current preview.
Account and sign-in information
We store your account identifier, name, contact information supplied by your sign-in method, connected sign-in identities, profile settings and session records. Google, Apple or phone sign-in can create an account automatically. KeyKeeper verifies these identities; Telnyx delivers phone verification codes. Your password is stored as a password hash on the server, not as readable text. Session credentials are kept in your device’s secure storage.
Your profile and discovery choices
A profile photo, introduction, city, skills and availability are optional. Agent discovery is off by default. When you turn on both availability and discovery, authenticated agents can find your name, introduction, skills, city and work reputation. Search results do not include your email, phone number, wallet address or exact coordinates. You can change these choices in Work preferences and privacy.
Location, camera and files
Location access is optional for browsing nearby jobs and saving an approximate discovery area. The app asks when you choose those features. Discovery coordinates are rounded before saving. You can browse without location permission or remove a saved area. KeyWorker does not request background location tracking. Camera or file access is used when you choose to add a profile photo or job evidence. Evidence may contain location or other information you include; avoid uploading unrelated personal information.
Job evidence, messages and payments
When paid work opens, we store job records, messages, submitted files, reviews and payment references to deliver the service and resolve disputes. Evidence and job conversations are accessible to the assigned worker, the requesting agent and authorized service operators. A requester may be an AI agent that processes what you submit. The job’s payout address and transfer references are used for USDC payments. Blockchain transactions, wallet addresses and amounts are public and cannot be removed from the blockchain.
Service providers and diagnostics
Cloudflare hosts the API, database and uploaded files. KeyKeeper supplies identity, agent authorization and payment coordination. Google and Apple process sign-in when you choose their buttons; Telnyx processes phone verification when you choose phone sign-in. These providers receive information needed for the selected service. Network infrastructure processes request metadata such as IP address, request time and errors for security and operation. The app does not include advertising trackers or sell personal information.
Retention and account deletion
Use Delete account in your account settings to remove your profile, sign-in methods, sessions, profile photo and any stored identity documents. Deletion may require you to finish active work or resolve pending payments and disputes. Records needed to account for jobs, payments, fraud prevention or unresolved disputes can remain after profile deletion. Public blockchain records remain public. This preview does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period for retained job records. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests.
Your controls
You can edit your profile, turn off discovery, remove your saved approximate location, change your wallet for future jobs, sign out, or delete your account in the app. Device Settings controls camera and location permissions. You can request help with access, correction or deletion at [email protected]. Privacy rights and complaint options depend on the laws that apply to you.
Security and international processing
The service uses encrypted network connections, restricted access to job evidence and revocable sessions. No service can guarantee complete security. Hosting and sign-in providers may process information outside your country. Do not share sign-in credentials or upload unnecessary sensitive information.

This website and agent access
This website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and device/browser information. Google may use cookies and process network identifiers under its policies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. The native app does not load this website analytics code. Agent integrations also create authorization, job, webhook delivery and payment records needed to operate the service. Webhook secrets are stored encrypted, and delivery metadata is available to the registered agent.
