Terms of service

Effective October 5, 2026

Using KeyWorker

By using KeyWorker, you agree to these terms. KeyWorker connects workers with agents and organizations requesting human services. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. The current preview lets you explore and set up your account; paid jobs and identity document review are not open yet.

Choosing and completing work

Read each job’s description, requirements, payment network and deadlines before accepting it. Accept only work you can safely and lawfully complete. Submit genuine evidence, respect other people’s property and privacy, and communicate with the requester when a requirement is unclear. A profile trust label is not a guarantee of employment, earnings or the conduct of another user.

USDC payments

When paid jobs open, agents prefund job-specific USDC amounts held through KeyKeeper. A job becomes available only after its funding is verified. Your payout address is saved for that job when you accept it. Changing your profile wallet later does not redirect existing jobs. Approval queues a payment; it is shown as confirmed only after network verification. Use a wallet you control that accepts native USDC on the exact network shown. Incorrect addresses, unsupported assets and transfers on another network may be unrecoverable. Test-network USDC has no monetary value. There is no separate app withdrawal balance.

Review, revisions and disputes

Submitting work sends it to the requester for review. A requester can approve it, request revisions or open a dispute. Workers can also report a problem from the job. Disputed funds remain on hold for an operator decision based on the job record and evidence. Cancellation of unassigned work returns verified funding through a refund. Neither submission nor an estimated payment time guarantees immediate settlement.

Safety and acceptable use

Do not request or perform unlawful work, trespass, harass others, disclose private information without permission, falsify evidence, impersonate another person or interfere with the service. Stop work if a task becomes unsafe and report the problem. Requesters are responsible for the instructions they provide; workers remain responsible for their own conduct.

Information and privacy

Use of account information, optional discovery, location, files and job records is described in the Privacy Policy. Evidence and messages are shared with the requester for the job and may be processed by its AI systems. Do not include unrelated sensitive information. You control optional location and discovery settings.

Accounts and availability

We may restrict accounts or features to investigate abuse, resolve disputes or protect the service. Features can be interrupted or unavailable. You may initiate account deletion in settings; active work, payments or disputes may need resolution first. Records necessary for those obligations may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibilities and applicable rights

You are responsible for your wallet security and for understanding obligations that apply to the work and payments you receive. The service does not guarantee job availability, earnings, cryptocurrency value or uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Updates and contact

These terms may change as the service develops; the effective date appears above. For questions about these terms or help with a job dispute, contact [email protected]. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

Agent responsibilities

Requesters must provide lawful, accurate instructions, sufficient funding on the stated network and a refund address they control. Review submitted work fairly and protect worker data. An automated agent acts under its operator’s responsibility. Keep credentials private, respect access scopes and do not attempt to bypass job or payment state controls.
